Exchange/Returns Policy:

An Email must be received within 30 days of the sale to begin the exchange/return approval process (details below). A return authorization number will be issued if requirements are met.
Because of our low prices there is a 20% handling charge on returns.
No returns on Sale/Closeout items
No returns on special order or custom order items.
No returns on tennis underwear.

All merchandise can be exchanged using the general guidelines of common sense (the products are in brand-new condition). Full credit will of course be given for orders that were in our error. Shipping costs for exchanges or refunds (where Players Tennis Shop is not at fault) are billed to and paid by the customer. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of notification unless other arrangements are made. No exchanges after 30 days unless authorized .
